Okareer LensOkareer Lens sells prepaid credits for unlocking Role Evidence Maps, completing Full Diagnoses with final reports, and Focused Rechecks.
Credits already used for a Role Evidence Map unlock, Full Diagnosis, or Focused Recheck are generally non-refundable, because the corresponding digital service has been provided and processing costs have been incurred.
All purchases are generally final. If you experience a billing issue, such as duplicate payment, credits not being added after a successful payment, or a system error that prevents you from using purchased credits, please contact us at [email protected] . We will review the case and provide a refund, credit correction, or other appropriate resolution when applicable.
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply.

We're confident Okareer Lens should meaningfully improve your preparation for a real interview. If you use Lens and feel that it did not, you can request a 50% refund.

Email us within 90 days of your most recent purchase and write:
“Okareer Lens did not meaningfully help me prepare for my interview.”
No additional explanation or proof is required.
What gets refunded
We'll refund 50% of the amount paid for your most recent purchase.
Only your most recent purchase is eligible for this refund.
Credits
Receiving this refund does not change your Okareer Lens credit balance.
Credits are not removed, restored, recalculated, or otherwise adjusted as part of the refund.
